Parts of the filtering machinery:

Metallic filter section, fat retainer [category EU 5].
Washable with hot water and special cleaning products.

Bag filters section [category EU 8].
Voluntary use and disposable.

Electrostatic filter section for keeping particles.
Can be cleaned with special products.

Carbon filter section – effective to odors.
When the active carbon is considered ineffective, the content can be replaced. Carbon is available in 25kg packaging.

Centrifugal fan section.
Double inlet with backwards curved blades. Size varies according to adjustment on the system’s pressure needs. (hoods with filters, ducts).

 

 

Double energy Return Air Hood for kitchen

This solution maintains balance in providing fresh air through a double energy source hood, working in succession. Double energy hoods are used in restaurant kitchens achieving comfort for visitors, staff while saving energy. The fresh air provided by the hood constitutes 60% of the exhausted air.

A further 40% is recommended to be supplied through independent air-conditioning. The end result is clean air and advanced energy efficiency
